There should be a spot added for a description when making an inventory adjustment that will show up on the inventory report. Right now there is a spot for notes but I can't even see where you can ever see the notes you made again. When I do an adjustment I want to know what it was for when I look back - the only descriptions that show up on the inventory report are when you have a sale transaction.
