I would like to be able to choose to (hide) customers, payees, or any accounts in the chart of accounts. My business has evolved over the years and some of the accounts and contacts that were used 15 years ago are not used currently and I would like to (hide or temporary deactivate) them if needs be. Then if I change again, I could activate them again. This would (clean) up your chart of accounts and your contact list.
As a seasonal business that employs large numbers of everchanging workers, I would like the ability to hide inactive employees in the desktop version, same as it is on the cloud version. I have countless contacts in the list that are no longer employed by us.
It is possible to hide contacts such as customers or suppliers already. We plan on making it possible to hide accounts from the COA later this year.
