Rather than printing each stub (we do direct deposits so cheques are not necessary) our employees would prefer to receive an email pdf copy of their pay stub (or cheque). At this moment I have to download a copy and attach it to an email. It would be great is there was a field for their email address in the employee set up and rather than select print - select email. When I do batch print they are all in one file so to email them currently I have to download a batch file then "print" each page to a pdf, rename it and then attach it to an email. There has to be a less manual way - hope you can come up with a solution.
