I would really really like to have the option of uploading a file instead of taking a photo to attach to a transaction, and to have the option of doing this from a desktop instead of having to use the mobile app. Having multiple pages, and a clear scan of a document rather than a sloppy photo would be a great improvement as I find this really limits the program.

I too really wish they’d add this feature to AgExpert Analyst. There is no reason not to.
This feature is available for AgExpert Accounting. New feature development for AgExpert Analyst has been halted, though the software is still supported and updates required to keep it compliant with accounting rules and regulations are still being done.
I would really appreciate it as an option to AgExpert Analyst - not everyone uses AgExpert accounting

This is a planned feature for the accounting web software (not desktop as previously mentioned)
That is to bad they will not add it - there are features and usability in the Desktop version that make some larger operations not comfortable with switching to the online version.
This functionality will not be added to the current desktop program, AgExpert Analyst. We do however support adding several types of attachments, such as scanned PDF documents, to our new AgExpert Accounting program.
I wholeheartedly agree! This is one of the downfalls if the current program. We need an easy way to attach a digital receipt to each transaction from a PC when we do month end.
