In Analyst you could do a deposit, RP line to a customer and their invoices, followed by another RP line to a different customer and so forth.
We can't do that in Accounting. I had a feedlot producer express frustration that they could not do this, and went back to Analyst, because it is very time consuming to enter 10 different deposits from 10 different customers, instead of all in 1. This also makes reconciling more challenging because in reality 1 big deposit was made, but in Accounting we'd have to check off the 10 items individually. Hope that makes sense!
