It would be nice to have a Master Search in the bar on top that would be able to search for an amount or word in everything, Customers and Receivables, Vendors and Payables, Chart of Accounts, etc. Also to be able to customize the search right in the same window to narrow down the search, e.g. a payable with a specific dollar amount, or memo.
I agree with the Guest Comment on this post. It would be appreciate if the search results stay on screen after you click on an individual transaction and return to transaction list.
When searching for a transaction, the search button works as I need it to. Then after I look at an individual transaction and hit cancel I'm brought back to the screen with the different transactions on it, but it is no longer limited to my search criteria. Even after tapping into the search bar and hitting return does not work. I have to actually delete the previous entry in the search bar and then retype it to bring up the narrowed search again.
