I've been kicking around the idea of creating "Transaction Templates" or "Transaction Builders" to assist customers with common transaction entries that cause phone calls in support. This includes capital asset purchases & sales, AgriInvest transactions, Land purchases & sales, and Co-op equity statements.
Customer would like a template that they can build for frequent transactions that occur monthly or quarterly, etc. Milk cheques and phone bills as examples.
