If you enter a #1 withdrawal entry and have a CN+ line, do a #2 secondary withdrawal to apply it, the system allows you to go back and reverse that first #1 withdrawal entry.
Afterwards you end up with a supplier with a negative credit and are not able to enter transactions to it, forcing the user to find and reverse the entries that applied the credit.
Similar to charge transactions with payments applied, we could improve the user experience by not allowing them to reverse the original charges/withdrawals, or perhaps just build-in a message that warns them about future implications and gives them additional steps to correct it.
