Have the ability to ghost out old employees that are done after year end. I use temporary foreign workers and every year new people.

Hi Cheryl, There are a couple of options you may or may not already be aware of so I'm highlighting these as I believe they address the use case you outlined.
You can already hide employees through the Employee's screen. Just edit the employee and check the box. If you do this, then you'd only see those employees if you specifically toggle the list filter to "Include hidden employees."
You can also filter your employee list to only show active employees which should effectively remove that noise from your lists. I understand, especially with users using temporary foreign workers, that list can quickly get unmanageable! Let me know if there is a nuance I'm missing and I'll mark this idea accordingly. I'm leaving it marked as "Needs Review" for the time being so I don't lose track of it and I'll update it once you've responded.
