Why did the export to PDF disappear for payroll remittance? I was sure I was able to export to PDF the actual cheque from the download screen but that is not an option either. I am sure I exported to PDF for both for May payroll. The June updte changed that.
Hi Diane :) If you go to your Remittances screen under payroll, you should see the remittance reports you've saved. To save the remittance report as a PDF, click on the 3 dots at the end of the row for the report you want to save and click on the Print icon in the top left hand corner. In the Printer options drop down list that shows in the print preview screen that pops up, choose any of the following options to save the report as a PDF file you can then save wherever you wish to do so.
Printer options: Save as PDF, Microsoft Print to PDF, Adobe PDF
