Print Receipts for Invoices Paid

Need to be able to print a receipt when a customer pays an invoice.

This feature currently exists. When you create a receivable charge, and a deposit transaction is created, if you print the invoice from the receivable charge, there will be a paid icon on the invoice. We will be continuing to add functionality to this, this year.
