Accountant's that have taken the course and become registered experts should also have the ability to create at least one temporary file to use as a training tool.

Thank you for the help. I was instructed by Ag to post here when I was told there was not the option. I was then contacted by another person at Ag and directed accordingly.
Hi Vicki, Accountants that have an Exclusive Plus Membership or AgExpert Certified Advisor designation automatically have Premium access to AgExpert.ca and can create up to 5 businesses within the Accounting platform. I took a look at your firm's profile and I do see one ACA membership that is assigned to someone else on your firm but I do not see any evidence of a 2nd license purchased that can be assigned to you. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-667-7893 if you wish to purchase that membership and we can do that with you over the phone. Alternatively, you can go online to our Shopify storefront and make that purchase online using the link below. If the license is assigned incorrectly in to the firm and should be set for yourself instead, please email info@agexpert.ca and we will look reassigning that license on our end from the current user to you.
A free basic account which our systems indicate you have already set up, can create a single business and you can absolutely use that however you see fit. If you finish your testing, you could then reset that same business to repurpose it under the Business Information page.
